When Exams Start Feeling Like Too Much

I was scrolling the other day and saw people talking about how often the phrase Do my online exam shows up in searches. It kind of stuck with me, because it says a lot about how overwhelmed some students feel right now.
It's not always about wanting an easy way out. Sometimes it's just pressure stacking up from every side... deadlines, back-to-back tests, no proper break in between. And when you're tired like that, even a simple exam can start feeling bigger than it actually is.
But at the same time, it also raises a bigger question about learning. Because exams are supposed to measure understanding, not just stress levels.
I guess what I keep thinking is how important it is for students to actually get support early, before things reach that point. Once panic sets in, even the simplest decisions don't feel simple anymore.
